Rana is a Certified Public Accountant with over 3 decades of experience serving high-earning entrepreneurs and creatives. She held management positions at prestigious firms such as Deloitte & Touche, developing extensive expertise in both corporate and personal finance. With years of spiritual study and embodiment work, Rana brings a holistic lens to money & taxes—helping clients build strong financial systems while transforming their relationship with wealth from the inside out.

Casey Weed, CPA
Senior Tax Manager

Casey began her career in public accounting in 2018 and is a CPA based in Lake Stevens, Washington. She specializes in income tax compliance and tax planning for service based businesses and business owners. Since joining Rana’s team in 2025, Casey has been dedicated to making the tax process more approachable and meaningful. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, making music, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs.

Ashley Desjardins, CPA

Ashley is a CPA and is based in Asheville, North Carolina. Before working with Rana and Conscious Money, she had experience working at a public accounting firm where she specialized in financial statement audits and accounting consulting. Ashley began working with Rana in 2021. She really enjoys supporting small businesses with their taxes and helping them understand their accounting better. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, making pottery, and spending time with her dog Penny.

Alicia strives to be a trusted advisor who supports clients well beyond tax season. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

May is an IRS Enrolled Agent with over a decade of experience in U.S. taxation, specializing in both domestic and international tax compliance. Her background includes work with multinational and regional firms, where she supported individuals, small businesses, expatriates, and foreign nationals. With advanced degrees in Museum Studies and Accountancy, May brings both analytical precision and a creative perspective to her work. She is especially skilled in foreign asset reporting, treaty analysis, and cross-border compliance.
